Conditions for reservation

All prices are in Euro´s. Turistic tax (1 euro / adult / day) not included!

Prices are same as if You come on Your own.

1) Reservation

If You are interested to spend holiday in some of our apartments, fill the reservation form and send the resevation by pushing send button. Itś necessary to fill all columns in the form (except special requirements if You don´t have them). You can make Your resevation also by e-mail, fax or phone.

2) Process of reservation

After receiving Your reservation, we contact apartment owner to check if the required date is still free. If so, we reserve the apartment on Your last name and send You confirmation. Having received our confirmation, it´s needed that You pay 10% advancement in the next 10 days (at some apartments is advancement 20 or 30%). This we recquire because of bad experiences from last years, when several of booked apartments stayed empty in the end. If not receiving Your payment, reservation will be canceled and the apartment will be freed for other guests.

We´ll send You then all informations concerning the way and Your apartment. Also we will answer all the other questions and inquiries You may possibly have.

3) Reclamations

advancement is not to be refunded (except special situations - death in family, hard injury etc.)

Every apartment (if not mentioned otherwise) is equipped with kitchen (including dishes), wc, bathroom with shower, stated number of beds including bed-linen (which are changed once a week), balcony or terrace.

If You have special requests (for example 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, bath, accommodation for dogs etc.), You have to mentioned these in Your reservation form. If not mentioned in Your reservation form, not meeting them cannot be the reason for later reclamations.
